Thoughts on our service:
- Our new bed is a beautiful piece of furniture, as well as extremely comfortable. The whole buying experience was very easy and straightforward from beginning to end, and although expensive by normal bed standards, we think it respresents value for money as it is a quality piece of furniture and much cheaper than an antique version.
How we can improve:
- Have your showoom in a more accessible place- not in deepest darkest Herefordshire. We did a 7 hour journey round trip with three kids in the back of the car just to see the factory and meet Stephen face to face. It would be easier even if you only moved to a side adjacent to the nearest M5 junction. As yet, we're sticking where we are, but looking to the future it may be something we'd consider- we make so much to each customer's needs that having the workshop, the maker and the showroom in one place is something of a necessity!
